Mentoring Program

Guidance for the ones building.

A 1-on-1 mentoring program for selected early-stage entrepreneurs who are serious about building consumer brands. We work closely with a small number of founders at a time, offering strategy, operations and distribution guidance — pro bono or through equity alignment in specific cases.

Who it is for

Early-stage, high-conviction.

We choose founders who have a clear product instinct, a defined customer problem and the discipline to execute. The program is not a classroom or a course — it is a working relationship with a founder who has operated at scale across media, entertainment and consumer products.

  • Consumer product or brand founders
  • Pre-launch to early-revenue stage
  • Clear customer problem and point of view
  • Willing to operate, not just ideate
  • Based in North America or building for it
  • Open to pro bono or equity-based alignment

How we help

Three areas of focus.

01

Strategy

Refine your brand positioning, product roadmap and go-to-market plan with a founder who has built and scaled consumer businesses before.

02

Operations

Get hands-on help with supply chain, merchandising, marketplace launch and the operational infrastructure that turns ideas into revenue.

03

Distribution

Leverage 10xGrow's wholesale, ecommerce and retail relationships to open doors that are usually closed to early-stage brands.

Compensation

Pro bono, or equity.

Pro bono

Most mentoring is offered without charge. We reserve this path for founders and ideas we believe in, where our time can create the most leverage.

Equity, in specific cases

For select ventures where 10xGrow becomes a deeper build partner — not just an advisor — we may align through a small equity stake instead of fees.
